1. Urban Planner

• Qualifications: Candidates must possess Graduation Degree in Urban Planning / Regional Planning/ Geography/ Civil Engineering/ Architectural Engineering with 3 years experience in Urban Planning with experience of Urban Infrastructure project/ Affordable Housing/ slum development project.
  
• No of Post: 55 Posts.
• Age Limit:  As per Government of Bihar Rules.
  
• Pay Scale: Rs. 35000/- (for Graduation) & Rs. 45000/- (for Post Graduation)
  

2. Housing Finance and Policy Specialist

• Qualifications: Candidates should have Graduation Degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Economics/ management from recognized university and 3 years experience in Housing Finance or banking or housing policy.
  
• No of Post: 92 Posts.
• Age Limit:  As per Government of Bihar Rules.
  
• Pay Scale: Rs. 35000/- (for Graduation) & Rs. 45000/- (for Post Graduation)

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written Test and Personal Interview.
