Age Limit as on 01-07-2016: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years

Education Qualification:  Intermediate (10+2) exam with science subjects, and possess

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) recognized by State Medical Faculty Lucknow

or equivalent.

Application Fee: Candidates belong to General/OBC : Rs. 185/-; SC/ ST : Rs. 95/- & PWD

Category – Rs. 25/-in State Bank Collect Only.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + GP Rs.2800/-
